Virgin Holidays is seeking a customer centric Customer Operations Administrator. You will be working within the Customers Relations and Operational Service Teams at Virgin Holidays. Flexibility is key within this position as you'll be the first response to incoming correspondence and telephone calls, delivering excellent customer service and fulfilling customer documentation.
Day to day
- First point of contact for all incoming customer calls and emails
- Ensure all complaints are logged, set up and passed over to our executives in a timely manner
- Ensure all correspondence is acknowledged in accordance with required guidelines
- Support the team with logging and updating documentation
- Take ownership of insurance requests
- Action operational reports such as E-tickets
- Manage late bookings and ensure they are completed prior to departure
- Run & action ATOL manifest report, twice daily in line with Civil Aviation Authority regulation
- Send customer documentation to external cruise suppliers and customers
- Check daily ticketing on departure report and fulfil tickets if required
- Control audit of accountable stock including Cuban VISAs
Do you have previous administration experience with excellent communication skills? Can you work accurately whilst looking after a variety of tasks?
Your strong ability to remain calm and resilient in the face of difficulty and disruption will be shown throughout your career history. Your quick problem solving skills will help you find appropriate solutions to our customers queries.
