Reporting into the Manager – Duty Office, the Duty Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising the delivery of our Duty Office 24/7 and incident support to all Virgin Holidays Group customers. The role holder is required to be a confident and pragmatic individual who can keep calm and make quick decisions in an emergency. As one of our Supervisors, you will need to drive continuous improvement by reviewing feedback from our customers and partners post-event alongside analysing and presenting back to stakeholders your insights & recommendations. Within this role you'll be accountable for the day-to-day supervision of a team of Duty Officers, you will ensure that we are highly effective and proactive in our response to irregular operations, major weather conditions, and other worldwide events. As a direct line manager for 2-3 Officers, your look after their ongoing development as well as any people management issues.
