As Head of Employee Relations you'll be a member of the People Leadership Team reporting into the Chief People Officer. You'll be accountable for formation and delivery of corporate HR policy, and for establishment and development of collective relationships through Unions and Committees as well as broader ER strategy. Providing legal advice to our Chief People Officer and others, you will lead the Employee Relations team who are responsible for advising the business on matters of policy and supporting change. You'll ensure all policy case work and any external employment legal challenges are handled appropriately for the company to ensure that risks are actively managed and high reputation as a good employer is maintained.
