Day to Day
Our Transformation teams are at the forefront of huge change here at Virgin Atlantic.
This is a great opportunity for a Change Coordinator to operate in an interesting, complex and fast-paced environment where there are endless opportunities to test your skills and learn new ones. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery outcomes of the People Transformation programme that we are implementing across our Engineering department.
You will be part of a large team, the Engineering Transformation Programme (ETP) working to transform our technology across a fundamental part of our aviation business.
Supporting the Change Manager to develop detailed and high-level plans to execute the change strategy across Engineering.
Working with the Change Manager to develop a Change Lead programme across Engineering including Production, Maintenance and Supply Chain departments.
Support with communications across the network including campaigns and managing roadshows/events on and off site
Support the Training Designer in a complex rollout of the training plan and ensuring our teams are fully briefed with trials and dates.
Coordinating different programme meetings, workshops and other senior meetings for the Business Change Workstream you support
Working with the Change Manager to track progress and milestones
You will ensure accurate status reporting of channels and projects, managing updates against the plans which can be used for regular programme updates to various stakeholder groups
Actively engaging with the programme to understand, resolve and/or escalate risks and issues and wider workstream dependencies
Working with the Change Manager to develop and manage a stakeholder map and plan
Work with the Change Manager and Business workstream leads to create content to support stakeholder meetings
To have an analytical mindset and previous experience of working with large transformations is ideal
A qualification in PROSCI is advantageous but not essential
A team player and ability to keep calm under pressure.
You will be detail-orientated with a good grasp of Excel and able to interpret data into recommendations and display in a simplified format.
