Salary: £16,010 per annum plus commission and excellent benefits. (Pro rated for part-time)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis including evenings and weekends

Day to day

Working alongside our established award-winning Retail Team, who share your passion and dedication for delivering outstanding customer service. Your aim will be to inspire and build handcrafted holidays to match their interests, tastes and spend.
But it doesn’t stop there, we are always looking at ways we can blow our customers away and create those magic moments throughout their journey. As a single point of contact, you’ll have the opportunity to actively promote our fantastic products, form relationships and really get to exceed their expectations- Keeping them coming back for more.
Alongside exceptional customer service, you will work towards monthly sales targets given to you by your manager.
Virgin Holidays aren’t just a travel agent they’re dream makers and groundbreakers. Building once in a lifetime holidays on your own isn’t easy, fortunately we have some tech to support you with your bookings. We don't expect you to be an expert but being able pick up new systems would be beneficial.

About you

The store is open between Monday- Sunday, 9:00am and 9:00pm with the requirement to work 37.5 hours per week on early, late and weekend shifts.
