Salary: Starting salary of £16,543 rising to £17,445 (upon successful completion of probation), plus £2,100.36 shift pay & excellent benefits ** shift pay subject to change

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Sun 07:00 - 23:00

Would you love to be a proud brand ambassador for our fabulous airline? Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, you will book flights, assist in any queries and actively engage with our Flying Club (frequent flyer) members.

Virgin Atlantic customers call us from around the globe, so we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Prepared to work between the hours of 7am 11.00pm, between Monday and Sunday (please give consideration to shifts before applying)
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• A natural communicator – adapting your style to each customer
• IT confident and competent
• Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish
• Ideally you will have some experience in a customer service environment. Please don't worry though we are all about the personality so seek people who simply get excited by travel and love to help
