Our Sales Managers lead by example, creating a work place full of motivated, energised people who always surprise and delight our customers. As a manager you’ll be driving your team to deliver ambitious targets whilst coming up with innovative ways to market our brand through creative ideas and attention grabbing events. These roles are only based within our stand alone v-room stores.
As an Area Manager for Virgin Holidays retail you will be responsible for driving the day to day performance for a selection of our retail stores. Working closely with our retail sales team members to develop, coach and train our teams to be effective in selling whilst creating amazing customer experiences. You’ll need to role model best practice and ensure the vision of Virgin Holidays customer experience is maintained in every store location.
As a Divisional Manager you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of a retail division by leading, developing and inspiring a team of Sales Managers to deliver the annual Divisional budget and business plans. You will look at big strategic initiatives, as well as driving a nimble & effective sales team.
Getting under the skin of what our customers want and need, and how they behave through the retail journey is the key to optimising our customer experience and delivering our retail targets, so you’ll need to be passionate about retail, customer experience and have an entrepreneurial spark.
