The Customer Safety Team are a flexible, hardworking bunch responsible for assessing safety and security issues relating to every element of our customer’s holiday. This can include accommodation, excursions, transportation and other activities. The department provides support to a number of internal teams within the business and plays a key role in the investigation of customer complaints. We’re ISO 9001 certified, with a strong continuous improvement approach – ultimately everything we do is to make our customers’ whole experience enjoyable so that they can Seize The Holiday – safely.

Customer Safety Coordinators

Our Customer Safety Coordinators liaise with our suppliers worldwide to collate and gather information relating to Health and Safety assessments, audits, incidents and investigations. It’s a varied job, involved in supporting projects, designing and delivering training, supporting major incident response and advising internal departments from all around our business. Customer Safety Officers

Our Customer Safety Officers deal with the auditing of suppliers and activities, either by desktop assessment using our bespoke online auditing programs, or by travelling worldwide to conduct supplier audits, assessments and investigations on site, as well as delivering training and presentations to our network of overseas staff and suppliers. They will provide specialist advice to internal departments and suppliers, make decisions regarding the suitability of the products we sell and use excellent organisational skills to manage a dynamic and varied workload.
