Roles within this team come with a high level of responsibility as you’ll be providing immediate solutions to a varied and ever changing amount of customer queries, whilst consistently providing an outstanding customer experience.

So what’s it like working in the Duty Office Team?
Working in collaboration with other areas of the business, you’ll be at the heart of decisions that affect the whole Tour Operator.
As part of the Duty Office Team you will provide support and come up with proactive resolutions to all customer issues in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and protection whilst ensuring minimum cost and risk to the business. You’ll need to be passionate about resolving issues alongside demonstrating ownership and flexibility to cover a varied shift pattern as required.
When joining this team you’ll need to be a great communicator with an in-depth understanding of the travel industry. Attention to detail is vital and you’ll need the ability to make clear recommendations and take decisions that will be good for our customers alongside considering the commercial impact.
