Pride @Virgin Holidays

Virgin takes celebrating Pride seriously, from supporting Pride events across the UK to events that span across the globe. Our community networking group G=VPRD, work on a number of events throughout the calendar year and are instrumental to how we support Pride events.

Springboard is a programme that we deliver, targeted specifically at females in entry to mid-level positions who want to enhance their skillset in a variety of ways. In turn, these skills could help them move up into leadership roles when opportunities arise. They also get to discover techniques which can be used every day.

Scarlet Network

Our women’s networking group, Scarlet Network, is a social space where like-minded women can support each other. We hold a range of monthly networking sessions, from skills development to guest speakers (everyone’s welcome to attend). We aim to get women connecting in a fast-paced industry.

WiH 2020

WiH2020 is devoted to increasing women’s representation and diversity as a whole, as well as in leadership positions across hospitality, travel and leisure. By collaborating with like-minded organisations in our industry, we believe we can amplify the impact of individual diversity initiatives.
