Diversity & Inclusion
Inclusion the Virgin Holidays way
Be yourself. Take a walk around VHQ or talk to our retail teams and they will say the same thing. Virgin Holidays really is a place where people are encouraged to ‘Be Yourself’ whatever that self is. Our Diversity and Inclusion policy runs deeper than an HR document, it’s social networking, it’s being open and a community that is fair and supportive for all our employees.
By nurturing an inclusive culture, we know this creates a better working environment for our people regardless of their age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, or affiliation to any political party or trade union. With this in mind we want to employ those who reflect the diverse nature of our society, as we know diversity helps us better understand, support and service our customers.
