v-room Lounge jobs

Our v-room lounges are stylish, private airport lounges that belong to us and they’re just for our customers. They provide a chance to wave goodbye to crowded airport terminals and allow our valued customers to rock up and chill out in total style before their flight. v-room Representative jobs

Join us as a v-room Representative and you will help our customers in our v-room (our airport lounge) before they go on holiday.

From day-to-day, you will:

  • Assist our customers with anything they require help with
  • Know our products like the back of your hand
  • Support all Virgin Holidays teams during operational hours
  • Surprise and delight our customers – making sure they get the real star treatment

Who do we look for?

You should have previous experience of working in a customer service environment, with an understanding of the long-haul product and the ability to deliver impressive levels of customer service. Above all, you will have the people skills to be able to assist our customers in any way possible to make sure they have a great time in the v-room and start their holiday in the right way.

v-room Supervisor jobs

As a supervisor within our v-room, you will be accountable for the day to day leadership and management of the team. Flexibility is key within your position as you will be required to lead and develop a highly effective team to achieve outstanding customer service in a timely manner. You’ll monitor and resolve any issues as and when they may arise, putting the customer at the heart of decisions.

From day-to-day, you will:

  • Support and develop a high-performance culture by developing a highly effective team
  • Assist with the meet and greet of customers arriving into the v-room, making sure their experience is one to remember
  • Lead by example to encourage the team to deliver excellent customer service at all touch points through the airport and v-room journey
  • Work closely with Virgin Atlantic Airways (VAA) and other airline partners in the event of delays and disruption

Who do we look for?

We are looking for someone who has a dedicated and positive attitude, is customer focused, and able to handle multiple tasks with a demanding workload. You should be able to use your initiative, flex under pressure and work with your team to achieve results in a time-bound environment. So, if you are an out of the box thinker who proactively champions initiatives to reduce customer and business risk, we would love to hear from you.

Airport Service Agent jobs

By joining Virgin Holidays, you won’t be taking on an ordinary customer service role. As an Airport Agent, you will be performing a variety of service, sales and support duties to help our customers before they go on a  holiday that they will remember for a lifetime.

From day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers
  • Be on hand to help, whether that’s answering questions about our fantastic destinations or upgrading elements of the holiday

 Who do we look for?

If you have the aptitude for going the extra mile for customers, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, then you’ll be a great fit for this role. Your flexibility, organisational skills and passion for perfection will make you stand out from the crowd. You will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with substantial customer service experience.

Airport Supervisor jobs

In your role as Airport Supervisor, you’ll be accountable for the day to day leadership and management of the team and ensure all areas deliver to agreed targets in line with our brand values. You’ll create a truly customer centric environment by putting the customer first and quickly and efficiently resolving any queries that may arise.

From day-to-day, you will:

  • Set an example of how to deliver exemplary customer service
  • Develop your own highly proficient team and provide them with guidance and support
  • Establish a close working relationship with other Customer Operations teams to ensure consistent levels of customer service are provided when resolving issues
  • Work cross functionally with other airport locations to provide support where other supervisors are not on duty

Who do we look for?

We are looking for someone who has a dedicated and positive attitude and able to handle multiple tasks with a demanding workload. You should be a dedicated plate spinner with an intrinsic passion for our customers to succeed in this fast-paced position. Networking effectively within Virgin and our 3rd parties’ suppliers, you will utilise your strong communication skills to influence and manage partners.
