About our Business Administration Apprenticeship
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you could be working in a few departments within Virgin Holidays such as Commercial, Product and Revenue Management. As a Business Admin apprentice, you will develop a multitude of skills and learn the roots of how we source our product, how we drive product strategy and essentially how we make our product fantastic value for our customers.
You will receive excellent training and mentoring, whilst working towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. We recognise people are our most valuable asset and as you continue to grow, meeting new challenges and opportunities, so does our investment in people.
About our Retail Apprenticeship
You’ll deliver an outstanding experience to all our customers, constantly going the extra mile and creating unforgettable holidays that make us famous for service.
You’ll learn on the job from our experienced Retail Team to gain job-specific skills where you will gain two qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship, learning to put customers at the heart of our business
- Level 3 Retail Travel Consultant Apprenticeship, where you’ll develop your expertise in our destinations, products and services
With these under your belt you will come out of the programme with real work experience in your chosen field and you’ll be ready to start a career within travel, as well as the opportunity to travel the world using your staff travel benefits!
What are we looking for?
At Virgin Holidays we are always striving to provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish and that’s where you come in. We are looking for our apprentices to have a genuine passion for customer service and pride yourself on excellent communication skills alongside having a natural ability to engage with customers and manage challenging scenarios when they arise. It’s a busy role as you will be working in store while completing your studies and of course passing your end point exam, so working accurately under pressure is key.
